Sat., May 20, 3 PM: Noah Issues Convention (Carpool leaves GNUUC at 2 PM)

Plan to attend: NOAH Issues Convention is this Saturday, May 20!

We have a slate; we need 10 people from GNUUC to have our full say!

At NOAH’s last monthly board meeting, representatives voted on a list of 16 issue areas, narrowing it down to the following eight: Affordable Housing, Education, Gun Violence, Economic Equity and Jobs, Voting, Racial and Religious Discrimination, Transportation, and Neighborhood Disparity. These will make up the slate we will be voting on at the Issues Convention this Saturday, where we will select the final four issue areas.

Sun. May 7: 12:45 PM: New Date: NOAH Listening Team Hosts an Important Reflection After Lunch Today

The NOAH Listening Campaign is ending. We have had some great one-on-one conversations and have learned about which issues are important to us, so now it’s time to come together at GNUUC and figure out what are our top five problem areas to be submitted to NOAH.

We especially want to encourage those who were interviewed to attend, but everyone is welcome. We will meet in the sanctuary this Sunday, May 7, at 12:45 pm.
