Rev. Dr Claudene "Deane" Oliva was a psychologist in Nashville for many years before attending Meadville Lombard Theological School, interning in Binghamton, NY and serving Santa Cruz, CA, Evansville IN, and Flint, Michigan. She retired in 2016 and returned to her home in Bowling Green KY, where she is now an Affiliate Minister and community activist. She enjoys travel, bridge, line dancing and her Red Cross volunteer work. Her partner Karen is a visual artist and her daughter Jennifer Whitcomb Oliva is a popular Nashville actor.
