Shared Ministries Meeting

Hello all Greater Nashville UU Teams!

Please join us for a Shared Ministries Meeting on Sunday, January 27, from 12:45 to 2:00.

Each Team Send a Representative

Each GNUUC Team plan to send your Team Leader to this meeting. If your Team Leader cannot make it, please arrange for someone else from your team to attend. Teams Include:

• Worship & Music Arts Team (including Choir, Storytellers, Puppeteers, Service Coordinators)

• Children & Youth Religious Education Team

• Adult Religious Education & Covenant Groups Team

• Congregational Care Team

• Membership & Community Team (including Greeters team)

• Sunday Lunch Team

• Finance Team (including Auction Team)

• Social Justice & Outreach (including Room in the Inn Team)

• Communications & Technology Team

• Buildings & Grounds Team (including Aesthetics Team and Still Springs Park Team)

Agenda

A formal agenda will be sent out to Team Leaders via email. It will contain 2 topic areas:

1. We will be discussing and planning our 2019 calendar events through June.

   • Art Day

   • Social Action Workshop

   • Room at the Inn

   • Auction

   • Still Spring Park Cleanup / Planting Days

   • Bell Choir

   • Sunday Lunches

   • Worship Ideas

   • Membership & Pledge Drive

   • Children Religious Education

   • Adult Religious Education & Covenant Groups

   • May Retreat

2. . We will also be handing out a form to request events for the 2019-2020 Fiscal Year! This is important to do, especially if you would like a budget! Forms will be due by the end of February.
