Sunday, February 5, 2017 “Feeling Hot and Cold” – Rev. Carmen Emerson offers a service on mental health. The sermon title comes from a report given by Dorothea Dix to the Massachusetts legislature following her tour of 19th century prisons in Massachusetts, where those imprisoned due to mental illness were neglected in the false belief that their bodies could feel “neither hot nor cold.”
