UU the Vote is asking for funds to enable grants of $500 to congregations which have some innovative plans to get out the vote. The request is for $120,000 to facilitate another million contacts on top of the hundreds of thousands made so far.
NOAH Public Meetings With School Board Candidates July 2020
Only when Black Lives truly Matter in Metro Nashville Public Schools, will there be racial equity in schools, all schools providing a high-quality education. NOAH is hosting virtual meetings in July to introduce the public to the candidates for School Board. Register Here. Candidates will be asked to address issues facing MNPS in advance of School Board elections on August 6.

Property Tax Assistance: Still Time To Apply, but Deadline is July 1!
Metro has two property tax assistance programs for senior and disabled low-income homeowners. With the steep increase in property tax rates just approved by Metro Council, these programs are more important than ever. Due to COVID-19, the deadline to apply or renew this year was extended to July 1 (next Wednesday!).
