Still Spring Garden: In between the rain storms, sunlight shines.

While Sandy B. and Jane W. have been taking advantage of our random sunny afternoons to spiff up the garden for spring, they've been finding treasures, including this remnant of an old bottle in the garden. It was part of a glass milk bottle from the Jersey Farms Milk Service, the only family owned dairy farm remaining in Davidson County. You never know what you'll find when you dig in the garden.

Remember that every drop of rain that falls bears into the bosom of earth a quality of beautiful fertility.
