Guest Speaker Mike Morgan
“While I am fully capable of preaching, I work with some effort to be temperate in sharing my beliefs and values with others. At age 76 I am still learning to be happy and at peace with myself. In my homily for July 11, I will talk about things that I have found helpful. I hope no one finds this a ‘sermon’ or a recipe for their own behavior—it’s just one man’s experience.”

Mike Morgan and his partner Larry Romans (dec.) were founding members of GNUUC and active in many aspects of the church. Mike, a retired Vanderbilt nurse practitioner, worked with HIV/AIDS clinical trials for 18 years. He Is a proud father and grandfather, facilitator for a gay men’s book group, genealogist, and garage sale addict.
